Horrible service, amazing food. After our second round, we were honestly so frustrated that we decided to just leave. Keep in mind, we came right when they opened, so it was only our table and one other table in the restaurant. First, our appetizers never came out. They also forgot one of the items we ordered. When we asked about the appetizers, they told us we never ordered any. They also took our menu away, so we asked for it back and waited… but nobody came. We had to ask again just to continue ordering. When our second round finally came, the order was wrong. At that point we were already tired of dealing with the mistakes, so we just ate what they brought out and left. The food itself was actually really good, which made the experience even more disappointing. We spent a lot of money but barely got to enjoy it because the service was such a mess. Only two rounds because we kept having to chase down the menu and follow up on our orders.

I had an Absolutely beautiful experience here this evening !! The service is fast, and my server was really kind. I was downstairs in the cat theme area and it's so cute !! They had sailor moon playing. As for food there's Lots of good options for deals depending on what you're looking for. I got the ultimate unlimited for $58 ($63 after tax) that's unlimited food and drink for 90 minutes, Fantastic deal and so tasty. I ordered edamame, golden kimchi, spicy garlic miso broth, lean wagyu, angus, enoki, king mushroom, quail eggs, cabbage, steamed rice, sake, a coke, and the included vanilla + brown sugar syrup + soybean powder ice cream. Seriously so delicious. The dipping sauce they serve with the aromatics is absolutely delicious too. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! For Parking there's plenty close by. Street parking and parking garage, also really close to uber to Golden Gate Park (5min) or just a little further (10min) to ocean beach.

Came on a Thursday evening solo, was here for work. Compared to franchise hot pot places back in Austin this was night and day. Everything was great! Recommend the meatballs especially

We went for the all-you-can-eat and drinks, and it was totally worth it. The service was amazing — super friendly and on top of everything. Everything was perfect! We came here for the experience and to try something new, and wow… they did not disappoint. The meats and veggies were super fresh, the broth was packed with flavor, and the dipping sauce was so good I could’ve had it on its own. And the best part? While we were eating, they had Spirited Away playing on a big screen. Such a cozy, magical vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect! We came here for the experience and to try something new, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. They have variations of fresh meat and veggies. The broth was delicious as well as the dipping sauce. The service was amazing, they were nice and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
